- HOA dues are $2400 per year and have been stable for several years now
- Northbridge is a family-friendly community. We currently have 20+ kids of all ages living in Northbridge (and 20+
dogs of all sizes). The speed limit is fixed at 18 MPH so everyone can enjoy the community.
- The school bus stops at the Northbridge entry circle
- Trash pick up is Monday and Thursday, often before 8AM. Recycle is Monday.
- All homes have their own well and septic. Well water quality is generally good and several owners use no filtration.
- Pretty Lake is a protected and well-balanced ecosystem. The water level fluctuation is minimal as the annual rainfall
is comparable to the evaporation. The most severe drought during the last decade was 2002, when the water level dropped
2-3' below normal. Even that year, almost every owner could use their boat lift and enjoy full use of the lake.
